Employee Testimonial

As a caseworker, my goals are to work with youth and families to assist in reducing high risk behaviors through executing the treatment interventions they need to increase their competencies.

I also focus on working with their families to develop their relationships and provide insight to improve the overall family dynamic.

Development of comprehensive plans with youth and families to help them be successful once they return home and back into their community is also a primary goal I set to assist in reducing the likelihood of future services being necessary.
