From the seed of that very first group home, Adelphoi prospered, adding more and more services as the need grew. Today, Adelphoi provides an extensive network of community-based programs and services to over 950 youth and families on a daily basis. Group homes, foster/adoptive care, a charter school, in-home services such as multisystemic therapy, education programs, mental health services, secure care and other services overlap to provide a complete continuum of care to children, youth and families.

Headquartered in Latrobe, PA, Adelphoi operates programs in 30 counties. In cooperation with Children and Youth agencies and Juvenile Probation Offices, Adelphoi provides services to youth from over 60 counties throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Delaware.

As Adelphoi enters its 45th year, the agency continues to meet the needs of a broad scope of clients. Adelphoi serves youth ages birth to twenty-one, both male and females, of any race, color, creed, national origin or socioeconomic standing.
